32 ft, 2018 Gulf Stream B Touring Cruiser, Model 5316 on a 2017 Ford E450 chassis with a 6.8L V10 Triton gasoline engine. Less than 10,500 miles. Big enough for comfort, small enough to drive easily.
non-smokers, with no pets or children
RV is a Class B+. Like a Class C only there is not a bed over the cab. Gives a better view of the mountains, sky and road signs overhead. The bed on a C hangs over the windshield and blocks those views. Class A's have great views, but no airbags. This B+ has both.
It includes everything needed for full hook-up or boondock camping; water hoses, power & TV cables, dump hoses, etc. Added much quieter water pump, rechargeable LED lights in the cabinets, an additional battery for longer boondocking and covers on the ceiling fans. White windshield cover for added privacy & temperature moderation.
Very comfortably sleeps two adults and up to four smaller children (or a couple of big ol' dogs). Futon-style couch bed is 56" long. The convertible dinette bed is 5' 10" head to toe.
Air conditioner vents are in the ceiling and furnace vents are at the floor so conditioned air circulates more easily and thoroughly throughout the living space. All water and drain lines are above the floor. Only the gray and black water tanks are in unheated space below the floor.installed thermostat-controlled tank heaters for cold weather camping.
Oil on 4kW Onan (Cummins) generator has been changed twice, per break-in schedule. Total runtime is under 60 hours. Runs quietly. Starts easily. Uses gasoline from the main fuel tank. (GenSet fuel intake is above the 1/4 level so you can't run the tank dry on generator :-)
Includes installed Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar with 6,000 lb, 2" hitch, two coiled safety cables, Diode 7 to 6-wire Flexo-coil wiring kit, C-links, wrench and removable arms for tow vehicle. Total value; well over $1,000.
Towed vehicle can be attached or freed in under 10 minutes. Rig averaged between 9 & 10 mpg towing our car from sea level to over 7,000 feet. Used the Cruise Control most of the time and Tow/Haul all the time. (Tow/Haul reduces shift frequency and uses quiet engine braking to reduce wear on brakes - and driver - when descending long, steep grades. Easy driving.)
This model has many advantages: driver and passenger airbags, more counter space than many, a real oven plus a 3-burner stove and microwave, comfortable seating in coach, dinette seating for four, three exhaust fans, powerful air-conditioner and furnace, a shower separate from the toilet, a comfortable bed, adequate storage inside and out, sufficient interior space for four adults to visit and eat, a screen door inside the main door and a big convenient awning with LED lighting. See all features and options in photos.
When you compare prices note the BT Cruiser model numbers. This is a 5316. At 32 ft it is the largest of the four floor plans.
